Parent-teacher conferences are an opportunity to engage in conversation about your child’s learning. Parents/guardians and teachers are able to connect face-to-face and communicate openly about student learning, especially with respect to areas of strength and areas of growth. They help build and sustain respectful relationships that allow both parties to share information and develop strategies to support student success.
Huntington Hills has scheduled two rounds of Parent–Teacher Conferences for the 2025 2026 school year. These Conferences are an important part of the reporting process. During the parent information night on September 25, classroom teachers will review where parents and guardians can find student marks in their PowerSchool accounts. It is important to review these marks each month as they will forecast what you will find on your child's report card in February and June. During the two scheduled conferences in October and February, teachers and students will share evidence of students’ current learning with parents, and revisit student learning goals.
Conference Dates
Our first set of conferences run from 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon and again from 4:00 - 8:00 PM on Monday, October 20. The second set of conferences run from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, February 26 and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Friday, February 27.

Cultural and Linguistic Support
We help students and families from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. We help you get to know our schools and our system, and to feel at home with us.
You can request an interpreter to help you communicate effectively in a meeting with a teacher or CBE staff if you are a parent or guardian. Having an interpreter at a meeting will improve everyone’s understanding of the discussion. There is no cost to families for language interpretation services. For more information on this service, please visit the CBE Interpretation and Translations Services webpage.
